Building a Winning Team

No matter how small or large your organization may be or what industry you are in, you are probably under pressure to find and keep high-performing employees that can move your organization forward.

Regardless of how quickly or cost-effectively employees are brought on board, if they are not the best fit with your organization it could cost you valuable time and resources.   Your employees make up “the face” of your organization – how you are perceived by clients and by peers in the industry.   Finding and hiring quality individuals is very important to your organization, period.

Travel Tips: Save Time and Money

In the course of business, I inevitably find myself traveling frequently. I spend a number of days each month on the road or in the air. Our clients are located across the US and even in other countries, and we try to visit and meet with them regularly.

You may find that you also need to travel from time to time. Some people enjoy traveling – the excitement of seeing new places and meeting new people. Others may find it somewhat of a nuisance. Traveling can be frustrating at times. It is often difficult to be away from home and family for extended periods of time.
